Victorian Sapphire & Diamond Marquise Cluster Ring Size:8.75 Width of bands: 2DATE: Victorian, c. 1880 A striking late Victorian marquise cluster ring set with a central seam of vibrant blue sapphires within a border of rose cut diamonds. Simple split shoulders draw the eye to the head, where the stones are set in silver to enhance their colour. The band is crafted in 18 karat yellow gold, and it dates from the 1880s. It looks suitably dramatic worn, with great finger coverage virtually from knuckle to joint. STONES Blue
