Lightly rounded with notes of pear, white peach, and vanilla, this wine is delightfully accentuated by its time in oak. If minimality is what you're looking for, the chalk heavy soils of Manicat's fields may be where you find a new favorite. We recommend pairing this with oven roasted halibut with breadcrumbs sprinkled over top and spritz of lemon juice.
