The wine is aged on its lees and sees a 36 hour skin contact, giving it depth and a copper pink hue. The color is a characteristic of Pinot Grigio that sees extended skin contact, because the grapes have a reddish gray color. The bouquet is reminiscent of ripe pear, red apple, flowers, melon, tropical fruit and minerality. The discreet, creamy
