LIOCO 'Indica' Red Blend Mendocino County, 2023 cali cab black cherryThis wine is made of 93% Carignan and 7% Valdigui, hand harvested from 70 and 50 year old vines respectively. Grown in rocky and clay soils, and aged in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel tanks, this wine is a true testament to the terroir of Mendocino County. Pair with a roast chicken, or al pastor tacos.
