Put in bottle for aging on the lees on March 19, 2014. The bottle is wrapped in a special UV protective plastic wrapper. Winemaker's Notes Ripe citrus aromas are bold and pronounced. The bouquet combines floral notes and fruity aromas of fresh apple and tart green pear. Balanced acidity, toast, brioche, and cream, along with citrus fruit follows on
