I have added the black velvet sash which ties at the side of the waist. Closes with a metal zip in the side. No labels, it's a custom made dress Late 1950s or early 1960s. Measurements Small Bust 81 84 cm (32 33") Waist 62 cm (24. 5") Hips to 92 cm (36")
